Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Processing times may vary during new releases or high order volume.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Dove Haus is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
